Full Inspection of Manifold Assemblies
Our commitment to product quality ensures that all manifolds are 100% inspected and tested to acceptance procedures on our hydraulic test benches, prior to their dispatch. As well as the Quality Assurance programmes of our many ISO9001 suppliers, we apply our internal review on top.
Our Hydraulic Assembly and Testing team, experienced and highly trained, work to current versions of in-system work instructions and Bill of Materials, alongside Solid Model generated electronic copies of Part / Production Drawings.
Through the use of the part number, version control and design, and function testing, we can supply manifold assemblies with full confidence in the performance of the end product.

Our standard manifold assemblies are manufactured with materials as diverse as Carbon or Alloy Steel grades, Stainless Steel, Ductile Iron, Brass and Aluminium, and with additional anti-corrosive surface finishes such as Nickel or Zinc Plating, ELV, Anodising, Passivating and Powder-coating.
